About Client

Made’s Plumbing is a master plumbing company based in Arlington, Texas, serving residential and commercial customers across 20+ locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The company provides a wide range of plumbing services, from everyday repairs and maintenance to emergency plumbing solutions.

Problem

Needed to revamp and migrate the complete wordpress site to framer keeping the SEO intact

Made’s Plumbing’s existing WordPress website had limited UI flexibility and performance issues, making it difficult to create a modern, fast experience. The bigger challenge was mobile usability. Around 80% of their customers were accessing the website from mobile, and many were older adults. The redesign needed to provide simpler navigation, clearer menus, and a straightforward way to book a service on mobile.

Solution

Website was slow and laggy sometimes

Because the WordPress site relied on multiple essential plugins that were affecting performance, I recommended migrating the website to Framer for faster performance, greater UI flexibility, and a smoother user experience.

I rebuilt and migrated the site while preserving the existing SEO structure, rankings, and important URLs, ensuring the transition improved the experience without disrupting the site’s search visibility.

Highlighted Trust elements

Made’s Plumbing already had a strong collection of customer reviews and testimonials, so I made them a key part of the website experience. Instead of showing reviews as plain text, I paired them with real job photos, service names, and job locations to give visitors more context and make the company’s experience and credibility easier to understand at a glance.

Simplified Mobile Viewport

I simplified the mobile experience by removing unnecessary clutter and creating a cleaner, more focused interface. Most importantly, I redesigned the mobile navigation to make menus clearer, easier to access, and simpler to use, keeping the needs of their older audience in mind and making it easier to find services and book an appointment.

Owner wanted to add a Membership plan

The owner wanted to introduce a new membership model, so I designed a dedicated section to introduce the offer clearly without overwhelming visitors. The section highlights the key benefits and includes a clear CTA leading to the membership page, where customers can explore the full details and terms before signing up.

Result

The redesign improved the foundation of Made’s Plumbing’s website with faster performance, a cleaner interface, stronger trust signals, and a more accessible mobile experience designed around their customers.

The project was paused by the owner before the UI work was fully completed due to personal reasons. He plans to continue using the new Framer site in the coming year. The current version is already live on Framer, allowing the work completed so far to be viewed in a real-world setting.
